These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridgeview Cash for Homes website (the "Site") and any related communication with Bridgeview Cash for Homes ("Bridgeview," "we," "us," or "our"). What this Site is

Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of selling your home to us. Bridgeview is a real estate investment company. We are not your real estate agent, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Nothing on the Site or in our communications is legal, tax, or financial advice. You should get your own independent advice before signing anything.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the Site or its security, to scrape or copy it for competing purposes, or to submit false, misleading, or abusive content.
Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, photos, and layout, belongs to Bridgeview or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services, including Google Maps and Places for address lookup and Google for analytics and advertising. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridgeview is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or our communications. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
